Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and management of engineering documents and project specifications.
• Conduct detailed mechanical analysis and simulations to verify system performance and reliability.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and engineering interns.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering productivity and product quality.
• Act as a primary technical liaison between clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions to engineering-related issues and failures.

• Stay up to date with advancements in mechanical engineering to drive continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management roles.
• Proven expertise in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex engineering challenges.
• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams and managing project deliverables.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
