What will you be doing?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help shape and accelerate the growth of our Advanced Wound Management portfolio across Emerging Markets.

Working closely with the Marketing Director and regional and global teams, you will support the development and execution of portfolio strategies across Advanced Wound Devices, Biologics, Consumer Health and Core Wound Care.

This is a highly collaborative regional role for someone who combines strategic marketing expertise with strong commercial thinking and understands how to translate portfolio strategy into impactful execution across diverse healthcare markets.

What will you need to be successful?

• Support the development and execution of portfolio growth strategies aligned with our Emerging Markets Advanced Wound Management vision.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning, portfolio prioritisation and investment recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, strengthen profitability and expand market penetration.
• Support commercialisation strategies for Advanced Wound Device platforms, including PICO™, RENASYS™ and Versajet™, as well as future innovations.
• Drive market development and product adoption across surgical and chronic wound segments.
• Support regional growth strategies for Biologics and advanced wound healing therapies, including scientific positioning and evidence-based marketing.
• Execute Consumer Health marketing plans across pharmacy, retail, e-commerce and omnichannel environments.
• Support lifecycle management, pricing optimisation and demand generation across the core wound care portfolio.
• Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and launch readiness for new product introductions.
• Engage with key opinion leaders, scientific societies and healthcare institutions to support customer engagement and standards of care.
• Partner with distributors to strengthen marketing capabilities and execute regional strategies at country level.
• Support portfolio forecasting, business reviews and the tracking of revenue, profitability and marketing investment effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, global franchise, medical education, market access, finance and supply chain teams.
  
  
  

Successful candidates would need the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.
• MBA would be advantageous.
• 5–7 years’ progressive healthcare marketing experience.
• Experience within Medical Devices, Advanced Wound Care, Biologics and/or Consumer Health is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in regional marketing, portfolio management and new product launches.
• Experience working within distributor-led markets.
• Exposure to Emerging Markets and an understanding of diverse healthcare systems and commercial channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into effective market execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
