Senior Marketing Manager

MEA is a high-growth, developing market operating under a 100% partner-led distribution and reseller model.

While Account-Based Experience (ABX) remains the strategic marketing framework, in MEA it is applied with a growth-first, scalable approach, prioritizing market share expansion, 1:Few and 1:Many industry-led motions, brand awareness and acquisition, and partner-amplified demand generation.

This role requires balancing ABX discipline with market development pragmatism in an emerging region.

What makes this role interesting?

As Field Marketing Manager for MEA, you own the regional marketing strategy and ABX framework, with a strong focus on scalable 1:Few and 1:Many programs.

You partner closely with Channel Sales leadership and the regional Partner Marketing Manager to translate growth ambitions into integrated marketing plans that expand Qlik’s footprint across key industries, drive partner-enabled pipeline creation, accelerate acquisition and cross-sell, and strengthen brand equity in emerging markets.

You act as the strategic marketing lead for the region, ensuring investments are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable impact.

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

  • Own MEA Growth & ABX Strategy (1:Few / 1:Many Focus)
  • Develop and execute the regional marketing plan aligned to market share growth objectives, priority industries and segments, and channel GTM priorities.
  • Apply ABX principles pragmatically through industry clusters, account group targeting, and scalable 1:Few and 1:Many programs.
  • Translate sales territory priorities into structured, outcome-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Sales & Channel Alignment
  • Partner closely with Channel Sales leadership, distributors, strategic resellers, and the regional Partner Marketing Manager.
  • Align on target industries, solution plays, and pipeline priorities.
  • Participate in regular pipeline reviews and growth planning sessions.
  • Ensure marketing activities directly support regional revenue objectives.
  • Campaign Localization & Market Expansion
  • Adapt and activate global campaigns within MEA to reflect market maturity, competitive landscape, and industry relevance.
  • Prioritize scalable programs that drive awareness and education, new logo acquisition, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Pipeline & Performance Ownership
  • Own holistic marketing contribution across MEA, including partner-influenced pipeline, acquisition metrics, and expansion impact.
  • Support data-driven budget decisions in collaboration with Channel Sales and Partner Marketing.
  • Leverage intent signals and regional insights to prioritize investment and optimize program performance.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and scale high-performing initiatives.

We’re Looking For a Teammate With

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong Field Marketing exposure.
  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, BI, or data-driven technology preferred.
  • Experience operating in emerging or developing markets.
  • Experience working in partner-led or channel-driven business models.
  • Strong collaboration experience with partner marketing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technologies such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, ON24, LinkedIn, and digital platforms.
  • Intent data experience (e.g., 6sense) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
