Job Description

The AVP - Senior Marketing Manager, Client Engagement & Partnerships, will lead the design, planning, and execution of marketing programs that strengthen client relationships, amplify Mashreq’s thought leadership, and elevate the bank’s profile across institutional, corporate, and ecosystem audiences.

This role will be pivotal in delivering high-impact client engagement experiences, content-driven partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations across Corporate Banking, FinTech, Energy, Treasury, and Sustainability — positioning Mashreq as a thought leader in innovation, finance, and ESG transformation.

Key outcomes include enhancing client engagement, increasing brand influence across key platforms (including social media), and driving alignment with CIBG’s business priorities and Mashreq’s “Rise Every Day” brand purpose.

This is an opportunity to help shape client engagement and make a real difference in our go-to-market approach. You will:

- Design and delivery of client engagement initiatives with internal and external partners to generate preference for Mashreq.
- Establish a framework for running our content marketing and sharing best practices across the team.
- Work collaboratively with industry sector leads, product leads, and various marketing channels to increase client nurturing opportunities.
- Amplify Mashreq’s thought leadership across digital platforms and social media.

This role is based at Mashreq Bank’s global headquarters in Dubai and will manage a team and budget reporting to the SVP Marketing – Corporate and Investment Banking.
