Working closely with the Head of Business Development, this role requires a proactive, digitally savvy individual with a strong background in marketing, campaign execution, and audience engagement. Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Execution
Collaborate with the head of department to support and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing approaches.
Coordinate with agencies on strategic direction and ensure execution aligns with brand goals.
Campaign & Content Development
Support in the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand tone and identity.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality promotional content.
Manage content calendars and approval workflows between internal teams and external partners.
Digital Marketing & CRM
Assist in managing digital channels including social media, email marketing, and paid media.
Utilize CRM tools to segment audiences and develop targeted marketing efforts.
Analyze customer behavior to identify upselling, cross-selling, and engagement opportunities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track marketing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns across all channels, including those executed in-house and via external agencies.
Liaise with agencies to ensure timely reporting, alignment on KPIs, and continuous optimization of campaign performance.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership, incorporating insights and recommendations from both internal efforts and agency-led activities.
Event & Activation Support
Coordinate marketing collateral and activities for events and activations, working alongside event partners, operations team, and creative agencies to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
Support venue marketing needs and contribute to pre- and post-event promotional planning and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Digitally savvy, with hands-on experience across digital platforms, performance marketing, and marketing automation tools.
Genuine interest in exploring AI tools and emerging technologies to drive marketing innovation, personalization, and efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to implement and manage integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong copywriting, communication, and content development skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and performance tracking.
Experience in working with and managing external creative, media, or PR agencies.
Proficiency in CRM systems and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
