A Senior Marketing Brand Manager is an experienced and strategic professional responsible for managing and elevating a company's brand presence across various channels. Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer insights and market data to refine brand strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Foster relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies and media outlets, to enhance brand initiatives.
  • Report on brand performance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in marketing and brand management roles.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation to maximize marketing impact.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques and tools to enhance brand reach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
