Senior Manpower Procurement Executive

Role Overview

Coordinate manpower procurement and recruitment for project and client requirements.

Source skilled and unskilled manpower locally and internationally and ensure timely deployment to project sites.

Procurement and Sourcing

• Identify manpower requirements with HR and Operations.
• Source workers through agencies, vendors, and direct channels.
• Negotiate supplier terms, rates, and contracts for cost efficiency.
• Manage manpower agencies and maintain an updated vendor database.
• Review supplier proposals and verify manpower quality against client standards.
• Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and manpower supply contracts.
  
  

• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations.
• Handle supplier payments, payment requests, and regular payment follow-ups.
• Maintain records of supplier invoices, outstanding payments, and settlements.
  
  

• Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of manpower to project sites.
• Lead and coordinate the manpower hiring team.
• Handle bulk and urgent manpower requirements.
  
  

• At least 2 years of UAE manpower industry experience is required.
• Experience in blue-collar and skilled manpower recruitment is required.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills are required.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills are required.
• Ability to work under targets and meet hiring deadlines is required.
• At least 2 years of manpower procurement experience is preferred.
  
  

• Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
  
  

• The work location is in person.
