Job Purpose Overview:

The purpose of this position is to support the review, assessment and execution of master planning related tasks from a macro and micro planning level and provide best possible solutions in line with planning requirements and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review, assess, present and process VAS (Value Added Services) requests of Land use change, Additional GFA, Additional height, Amalgamation and Subdivision across DH portfolio. Coordinate with Infra team and other stakeholders, collect and prepare feedback/pre-approvals for management.
* Tracking and keeping up to date daily reporting of VAS requests status, follow up with stakeholders to ensure each step is completed within assigned SLA.
* Ensure documentations are prepared, reviewed and ready for submissions (such as MPM DCRs..etc)
* Monitoring Master Plan changes and keeping up to date records of LUB sheet / Development statistics and database development including population assumptions forecast.
* Support management is providing analysis and reports to include technical recommendations to guide decision making and outcomes.
* Analysis of community facilities provisions: study, review & allocation
* Assist in Re-master planning and plot configurations for enhancing developments while minimizing cost impact, along with development DCRs & conducting test fit reviews.
* Support the review of master plan records across CAD, GIS, Dataset, and submission from consultants of new master plans. Review include but not limited to MP reports, DCRs, GFA distribution and other planning parameters, to ensure compliance with authorities’ standards.

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in urban planning or equivalent
* GCC experience and understanding the local, regional, & international planning context and trends
* Competent in research, feasibility study, reporting, presentation, coordination with different teams and authorities
* 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Dubai
* Professional Knowledge in urban planning or equivalent, technical understanding of planning related practice and standards.
* Proficient technological use of tools such as AutoCAD, GIS, Sketch up, and other related planning software
* Professionalism, presentation skills, and project management.
