Senior Manager - Technology Integration - APAC

📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking a Senior Manager for Technology Integration in the APAC region to lead the assessment, standardization, and integration of IT environments. This strategic role focuses on aligning regional IT systems with global enterprise standards across infrastructure, network, and security domains, while collaborating closely with global, regional, and local IT teams to design and execute integration roadmaps. The role involves conducting comprehensive gap assessments, managing integration risks, and ensuring adherence to corporate governance and compliance requirements. This position is critical to strengthening operational resilience, enhancing security posture, and enabling scalable business growth across the APAC region, with a strong emphasis on driving efficiency and innovation in IT operations.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

▸ A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure.

▸ Proven track record leading large-scale IT integration and transformation projects.

▸ Hands-on experience with Azure O365 migrations and associated tools.

▸ Deep technical knowledge of Active Directory, enterprise networking, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

▸ Verifiable experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.

▸ Demonstrated ability in performing IT gap assessments, risk analysis, and creating detailed remediation plans.

▸ Experience managing cross-border, regional IT programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or Microsoft Azure.

▸ Prior experience within the Logistics or Supply Chain industry.

▸ Experience with vendor governance, compliance, and risk management.

▸ Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and corporate policy alignment.

▸ Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into IT operations.
