2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Manager, Technical Services & IT Support is responsible for transforming the IT support function into a strategic business advantage. This role leads the development and scaling of IT support to serve a rapidly growing and distributed workforce, driving a seamless, automated, and data-driven employee experience. The position is integral to accelerating digital transformation through AI and automation, optimizing service delivery, and collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This leadership role reports to the Director of IT Support & Operations.


3. Responsibilities:

• Build and scale the IT Support function to meet evolving workforce and operational needs

• Lead and coach regional support teams to foster accountability, curiosity, and technical excellence

• Implement AI-powered tools to improve IT service efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction

• Define, measure, and optimize key performance indicators such as first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, and HR to ensure effective support experiences

• Own the Technology Services and IT Support roadmap aligned with business priorities and growth


4. Requirements:

• 12+ years in IT Support or Service Management with 6+ years in leadership managing global or multi-site teams

• Proven success in large-scale service transformations and digital modernization, including AI and automation integration

• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery best practices and frameworks such as ITIL

• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain diverse, high-performing teams

• Strategic thinker with skills in balancing long-term vision and tactical execution

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional priorities


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The base salary range for this position is $174,000 to $252,000 per year

• Compensation is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, qualifications, education or training, and market conditions

• Eligible for annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits
