The Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Utilize data analytics to identify and resolve recruitment process inefficiencies.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in talent acquisition practices and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to recruitment activities and programs.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruitment partners.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience to enhance company reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions.
  • Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytical tools for process improvement.
  • Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices is preferred.
