Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain high-caliber talent to meet our organizational goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruiting strategies, overseeing the recruitment team, and working collaboratively with departmental leaders to understand their hiring needs. Your role will require you to stay abreast of best practices and trends in the field of recruitment and talent management, leveraging this knowledge to innovate and optimize our talent acquisition processes. As a key leader within the HR Department, you will have the opportunity to shape the workforce of a dynamic and growing company, championing an inclusive culture and enhancing our employer brand in the marketplace.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Lead the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support for their development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs promptly.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Create and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruiting processes and candidate experience.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion are integral parts of the recruitment strategy.
  • Manage recruitment vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements effectively.
  • Monitor labor market trends to adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Implement technology solutions to streamline recruiting and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruiting operations and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition or recruitment management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong analytic abilities to leverage recruitment data for decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
