About The Role

The Senior Manager - Strategic Programs enables successful outcomes through the end-to-end coordination of cross-functional teams across Core42's delivery ecosystem. The role manages complex programs across the full delivery lifecycle, helping remove barriers, align stakeholders and keep the business outcome as the primary goal. Partnering with senior stakeholders and delivery partners, this individual coordinates distributed project teams and supports the successful delivery of high-complexity programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of complex programs across onsite and offshore models, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes are actively tracked.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, providing structure, follow-up and clarity to support effective execution.
• Coordinate the delivery ecosystem across technology and partner environments, connecting global and virtual project teams to support successful program delivery.
• Support internal and external stakeholders through delivery complexity, maintaining focus on agreed business outcomes.
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning expectations and escalating risks or decisions where appropriate.
• Prepare clear program updates, governance inputs and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of program management experience with a proven ability to drive delivery impact.
• Proven track record of supporting or managing successful, end-to-end, complex programs.
• Strong leadership, communication and people skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
• Experience bringing stakeholders across multiple business units together and prioritizing focus toward project goals to deliver consistent, high-quality customer value.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Solid understanding of business financial practices and program financials, with the ability to support financial governance and reporting.
