The Senior Manager – SME is an externally facing leadership role responsible for engaging clients—particularly within Financial Services and other regulated industries—to shape, position, and productize Presight’s risk, compliance, and governance capabilities.
This role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and regulation. The individual will work directly with client executives (Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations) to understand strategic priorities, regulatory obligations, and transformation objectives, translating these into scalable, technology-enabled solutions powered by Presight’s data and analytics capabilities.
Beyond subject matter expertise, the role acts as a market evangelist—articulating Presight’s vision for AI-driven risk management, regulatory technology, and data-led governance while influencing client roadmaps and supporting go-to-market initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Advisory
Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Business functions
Lead client discussions to understand regulatory requirements, operating model challenges, and transformation priorities
Translate client needs into structured solution concepts, propositions, and productized offerings
Facilitate executive workshops, design sessions, and solution-shaping engagements
Act as a bridge between client business teams and Presight’s product, engineering, and delivery functions
Solution Shaping & Productization
Shape and refine Presight’s risk and compliance offerings for FSI and regulated sectors
Define reusable frameworks, accelerators, and scalable components that support productization
Embed regulatory, governance, and risk considerations into AI, data, and analytics-driven solutions
Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations with compelling value articulation
Support commercial teams in positioning differentiated capabilities in the market
Market Evangelism & Thought Leadership
Act as a visible advocate for Presight’s direction in AI-enabled risk, regulatory technology, and enterprise governance
Monitor regulatory developments, supervisory expectations, and emerging risk trends (e.g., AI governance, data privacy, operational resilience)
Develop thought leadership content, client briefings, and executive-level insights
Represent Presight in industry forums, client roundtables, and strategic engagements
Governance & Risk Expertise
Provide subject matter expertise across enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance
Translate regulatory requirements into clear business, functional, and technical requirements
Advise on design of controls, monitoring frameworks, and governance structures within client environments
Ensure solutions align with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, and Governance policies and standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field combining business and technology.
8–12+ years of experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries, with exposure to both business and technology domains
Strong background in risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, or regulatory technology (RegTech)
Proven experience in client-facing advisory or consulting roles
Demonstrated ability to shape solutions that bridge regulatory requirements and technology implementation
Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory environments (banking, insurance, capital markets, or similar)
Experience working with senior stakeholders (CRO, CCO, CIO, CTO, Heads of Risk/Compliance)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in product strategy, solution architecture, or transformation programs within FSI
Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, data governance, cybersecurity, or digital transformation initiatives
Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CAMS, FRM, CRCM, or equivalent
