About the Job

• Lead the delivery of consistent retail operating standards across multiple assets, including service, safety, stock, cash control and audit requirements.
• Manage and support retail operations leaders across clusters and assets, building capability through coaching, performance management and effective team leadership.
• Drive operational performance through clear KPI governance, continuous improvement initiatives and strong follow-up on agreed actions.
• Partner with merchandising and visual merchandising teams to ensure strong store execution, promotional readiness and consistent customer-facing standards.
• Lead operational readiness for new store openings, refurbishments and seasonal refreshes, ensuring plans are delivered on time and to the required standard.
• Oversee incident management and escalations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Ensure workforce planning, roster efficiency and training programmes are delivered consistently to support guest experience and operational productivity.

About You

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, Operations Management or a related field.
• Significant retail operations experience, including leadership of multi-site or multi-unit retail environments.
• Strong experience in operational governance, audit controls, stock management, cash controls and retail compliance.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams, coach managers and build performance capability across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, sales execution, labour productivity, customer service improvement and shrinkage control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with merchandising, finance, HR, IT, warehouse, safety, projects and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Desired

• Experience within UAE retail, entertainment, leisure, tourism or destination-based retail environments.
• Experience supporting new store openings, refurbishments or operational readiness projects.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, enterprise resource planning systems, retail reporting tools and standard operating procedure development.
• Experience working with external auditors, venue management, service providers or contractors.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing operational budgets and driving performance against retail targets.
