Senior Manager - Projects

Job Description

Develop and implement a strategic plan for the elevator installation department and production facility to achieve company objectives.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with elevator installations, production process and supply chain.

Stay up-to-date on the latest elevator technology, installation methodology and industry best practices for manufacturing.

Monitoring & Analyzing the Revenue/ Cost / Other Financial KPIs / Capex Budget & Actual and its variances

Formulating strategy, improving performances, procuring material and resources and security compliance

Build strong relationship with customers, vendors, partners and local team.

Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.

Analyze and report on production performance and financial metrics.

Cash flow Management - Payables and receivables.

Manage the direct team to achieve the Business targets

Identify potential Financial / Operational / Market risks and develop and implement response plan effectively.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the elevator installation department and factory.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Ensure all elevator installations comply with all applicable safety regulations and building codes.

Conduct Periodic review meetings and establish the communications with the relevant stake holders

Coach/ mentor the team of achieve short term goals

Assist team for the development of new products

Ensure the monthly working capitals its on the positive trends

Ensure the team follows the processes / Values / Corporate Behaviors

Align KPIs for DSC & ISC in line with the Group strategy.

Reviews periodically and align the resources based on the project requirements

Recruit, hire, and train qualified elevator mechanics, technicians and labor employees required for the manufacturing facility.

Develop and motivate a high-performing team.

Foster a positive and safety-oriented work environment

Coach / Mentor / Delegate the team for achieving short term goals.

Encourage / motivate in decision making / lead building processes.

Encourage people to Celebrate for quick wins

Implement lean and best practices to reduce wastage and improve quality of the products and value to the stake holders

Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of elevator installation and manufacturing processes.

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.

Analyze project data and identify areas for improvement
