Job Description

The Senior Manager - Product at 26M26 is a pivotal role responsible for steering the vision and execution of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth strategies and market needs. As a key leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the roadmap, define product enhancements, and deliver innovative solutions that meet client and business objectives. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical abilities, and excellent leadership skills to guide product development from inception to launch. You will be expected to maintain a keen understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and uphold our company’s reputation for delivering exceptional products.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the product roadmap consistent with company strategy and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and enhancement of product offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to effectively promote and communicate product offerings.
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, design, and marketing teams for product launches.
  • Establish key performance metrics to track product success and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment on product goals across stakeholders, gaining buy-in as needed.
  • Act as a product evangelist, advocating for the product internally and externally.
  • Review product development processes to identify efficiencies and improvements.
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
  • Manage product budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial targets.
  • Present product strategies and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in managing cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong grasp of data-driven product development.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies essential for success.
  • Outstanding communication skills for persuasion and presentation at executive levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of developing creative solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching complex products in competitive markets.
  • Experience with budget management and delivering projects within financial constraints.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
