Job Description

The Senior Manager - Process & Compliance in the automotive industry is a pivotal role that combines leadership, strategic oversight, and operational focus. This position entails leading process optimization projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving initiatives for efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing compliance frameworks and process engineering within the automotive sector. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of process optimization strategies organization-wide.
  • Ensure all processes comply with automotive industry regulatory standards and laws.
  • Coordinate and guide external and internal audits to ensure compliance effectiveness.
  • Facilitate and lead workshops with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiencies.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess process improvement and compliance effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management regarding compliance statuses.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas for process and compliance improvements.
  • Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to keep company policies up to date.
  • Manage a team of compliance officers and process engineers, providing leadership and mentoring.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure cutting-edge compliance practices.
  • Define and implement training programs to educate staff on compliance protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions for improved process management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in process management and compliance roles.
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
