As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving Zeds external growth through high-value partnerships. This role demands a proactive and visionary approach to identifying new business opportunities, developing scalable partner ecosystems, and delivering tangible commercial outcomes. Your primary responsibility is to develop and lead strategic partnership initiatives that align with Zed’s business objectives. You will manage high-level partner relationships, oversee execution of joint initiatives, and contribute to long-term growth planning. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue, increasing market reach, and shaping the company’s external collaboration strategy. You will be expected to continually identify new opportunities and approaches to help the company achieve its growth goals.
Responsibilities
STRATEGIC :
Define and own the end-to-end partnership strategy, ensuring it supports Zeds business objectives, brand positioning, and revenue goals.
Lead complex negotiations with strategic partners, ensuring win-win outcomes and long-term value creation.
Collaborate with executive leadership on identifying new markets, industries, and channels for partnership-led expansion.
Drive innovation by cultivating partnerships that enhance Zed’s capabilities, offerings, and competitive edge.
Evaluate strategic risk and reward trade-offs in partnerships, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Establish governance and frameworks to prioritize, manage, and scale high-impact partnerships across the organization.
Operational
Oversee the execution of partnership initiatives across departments.
Work closely with the marketing & growth teams to activate partner-driven campaigns.
Establish frameworks to measure and report partnership impact on revenue and performance
Coordinate co-branded content, lead-sharing strategies, and event participation.
Maintain high engagement with existing partners and continuously identify growth opportunities.
Develop and refine internal processes to manage and scale partnerships effectively.
Stay up to date with the latest market updates.
People Management
While the role does not have direct reports, it requires strong leadership through influence.
Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams involved in partnership execution.
Act as a key liaison and coordinator across departments to ensure partnership goals are met.
Mentor junior team members or stakeholders involved in partnership activities, as needed.
Product / Process Improvement
Identify and implement scalable processes to enhance partnership efficiency
Contribute to product feedback loops based on partner and business input. Work with product team to create product features and enhancements required for partnerships and B2B opportunities.
Collaborate on cross-functional innovation projects with strategic value
Qualifications
PREFERRED : Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
MBA or master is a plus
Knowledge And Skill Experience Internal
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
High commercial acumen and analytical mindset
Excellent communicator with ability to manage cross-functional alignment
Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
Experience Internal
4+ years in a senior or team lead role in top GCC companies or high-growth startups
7–10 years in partnerships, business development, or related functions
