Job Overview

As a Senior Manager - Liabilities & Payments Projects at Emirates NBD, your role is responsible for leading the planning, development, and implementation of projects related to the bank’s Liabilities & Payments products. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that product enhancements, new features, and compliance requirements are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of Liabilities & Payments projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to ensure that projects meet business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for enhancing Liabilities and Payments products and services.
• Ensure that product features are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor the performance of Liabilities and Payments products and recommend improvements based on customer feedback.
• Ensure that all Liabilities & Payments projects comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to address any regulatory issues related to Liabilities & Payments products.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that products are compliant with evolving standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, product, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives.
• Engage with external vendors and partners to support the successful delivery of Liabilities & Payments projects.
• Act as the key point of contact for Liabilities & Payments project-related inquiries.
• Lead Liabilities & Payments project teams with manageable operational challenges and risks.
• Ensure that resources are effectively allocated to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Monitor the performance of the project team and provide support to ensure successful project delivery.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, Liabilities & Payments products, or project management within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or product management are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Liabilities & Payments products, project management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage Liabilities & Payments projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful Liabilities & Payments initiatives.
