Job Description

Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

Managing relationship with Cedents / RI brokers within the allocated territory to ensure smooth and productive cooperation
Develop and maintain the profitable and well diversified portfolio of treaties in the allocated regions within Company guidelines
Optimize the existing portfolio and allocated capacity
Design overall market and client strategy in designated territories
Review and approve large claims with the claims department

Qualifications Required

Nearly/Newly Qualified Actuary

Experience Required

7 years minimum in Reinsurance (Treaty), managerial experience
5 Years RI Pricing experience
Good Communication Skills, Team Leader, Time management
