About the Job

  • Shape and deliver HR strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational performance and capability
  • Build and execute talent strategies, including succession planning and leadership development
  • Identify workforce gaps and strengthen talent pipelines across key functions
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to improve structure, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance culture and employee experience
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters while safeguarding fairness and compliance
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations to ensure consistency and efficiency across the function
  • Use HR data and insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement

About YouEssential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7–10 years of HR experience, including a proven HR Business Partner or leadership role
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy
  • Solid understanding of employee relations and employment legislation
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired
  • Experience in large, complex or multi-business organizations
  • Exposure to organizational transformation, restructuring, or change initiatives
  • Strong experience using HR analytics to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Familiarity with HR systems and digital HR solutions
  • Experience mentoring or developing HR teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
