Senior Manager - Financial Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Finance professional to act as the lead finance resource for the organization, driving financial strategy and leading capital raising initiatives across both debt and equity.

The role involves working on complex, high-value real estate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, investment structuring, and treasury management. You will work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the C-Suite, playing a key role in shaping and executing financing strategies that support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities include leading capital structuring efforts, securing funding from institutional investors, banks, and alternative lenders, and optimizing financial outcomes across acquisitions, developments, and joint venture projects.

· Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in investment finance, corporate development, private equity, or investment banking

· Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or equivalent required

· Prior external audit experience with a Big Four firm will be considered an advantage.

· Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline are add on

· Deep expertise in debt and equity financing structures, capital markets, and alternative financing mechanisms

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executives and external stakeholders

· Experience in real estate development, investment management, or asset management strongly preferred

· Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
