The Senior Manager - Finance position is a critical role in the financial leadership team of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with executives to provide strategic guidance on financial matters.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insightful variance analyses.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes for accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial results and business performance to stakeholders and board members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Proficient in financial software applications and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
