Senior Manager - Existing Installation

Job Description

• Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the elevator and escalator portfolio, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including modernization projects repair and service contracts.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Achieve the repair budget and service revenue targets through effective resource allocation and cost management.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the existing installation team, ensuring efficient and timely execution of service calls and maintenance tasks.
• Manage the modernization business, including bidding, project planning, execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
• Lead and develop a team of sales people, team leaders and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed.
• Manage employee performance, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
