Senior Manager - Cybersecurity

Job Description

The Senior Manager – Cybersecurity leads the cybersecurity function across the OMNIYAT Group, defining the security strategy, frameworks and operating model that protect the Group's information assets, applications and infrastructure from emerging cyber threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's cybersecurity strategy, frameworks and operating model.
• Direct security operations including SOC, threat detection and incident response.
• Establish enterprise security policies, standards and controls.
• Drive risk assessments, vulnerability management and penetration testing programmes.
• Manage cybersecurity tools and platforms including SIEM, EDR, DLP and IAM.
• Evaluate emerging cyber threats and assess implications on the Group.
• Establish security awareness programmes for employees and contractors.
• Drive compliance with PDPL, ISO 27001 and applicable cybersecurity regulations.
• Establish identity and access management, privileged access and zero-trust principles.
• Direct cyber incident management, forensic investigation and reporting.
• Establish secure architecture standards and review of digital initiatives.
• Manage cybersecurity vendor relationships and managed security services.
• Establish business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Drive cybersecurity reporting and dashboards to leadership and audit committees.
• Direct the cybersecurity team and build internal capability.
• Drive a culture of security awareness and accountability across the Group.
• Evaluate cybersecurity investment plans and ROI.
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT; CISSP / CISM / CEH / ISO 27001 LA certifications strongly preferred.

Experience: 12-15 years of cybersecurity experience in similar position in GCC region, preferably in Real Estate or large enterprise environments, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
