JOB TITLE

Senior Manager Customer & Marketing Enablement | MAF Customer Solutions | Marketing

Role Summary

The role will focus on optimizing platforms and strategies for customer onboarding and engagements including MPass, Progressive Profiling Strategy, Consent Strategy & Contact Policy. Lead on support with identifying new opportunities & synergies for functionalities for AI strategy within Marketing Pillar in Customer Solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with product execution, ensuring customer engagement is both effective and compliant

ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead the roadmap for customer identity and marketing enablement platforms
  • Improve how we onboard, engage, and retain customers across multiple brands
  • Design and execute strategies for consent, profiling, and personalization
  • Partner with Legal, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure privacy, compliance, and customer trust
  • Identify and pilot AI-driven use cases that enhance marketing efficiency and decision-making
  • Translate business goals into actionable tech solutions with measurable impact
  • Champion marketing excellence and governance frameworks across the group

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
  • Strong background in Martech or Digital Transformation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with development, design, business and marketing teams
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and actionable insights to drive effective marketing strategies and communication
  • Knowledge of marketing execution across all channels
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
