About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join the resort’s Count team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage daily operations of the count room, including currency, chip, and ticket counts
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations
  • Supervise and support count staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Review and reconcile count documentation; investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain security protocols and ensure the integrity of all count room procedures
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, audit documentation, and variance logs
  • Collaborate with Surveillance, Security, and Finance departments for incident reporting and investigations
  • Implement procedural improvements and oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of all counted items and sensitive documents
  • Lead internal audits and support external regulatory reviews
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and teamwork within the count team

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in count operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of gaming regulations, internal controls, and financial procedures
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in casino management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
