What you’ll do?

• Lead the overall brand and campaign strategy for Al Ghurair Development and its brands, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, commercial objectives, and long-term market positioning.
• Drive the evolution of the company’s brand equity, premium positioning, and customer perception across regional and international markets.
• Develop integrated campaign and launch strategies that strengthen market relevance, competitive differentiation, and business growth.
• Identify strategic opportunities to enhance brand value, cultural relevance, and customer engagement through innovation and creative leadership.
• Own and oversee annual brand, campaign, production, and creative investment strategies across all corporate and project marketing initiatives.
• Ensure strategic allocation of resources to maximize brand impact, campaign effectiveness, and commercial return on investment.
• Lead brand and campaign initiatives that directly support project launches, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  
  

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 10–12 years of extensive experience in brand management, strategic marketing, consumer insights, and delivering impactful brand positioning and growth strategies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
