Job Responsibility:

Activities that are necessary to govern the successful delivery of Tablet Banking roadmap and strategy by playing an integral role in the projects, initiatives, and changes / enhancements in terms of requirement gathering, documentation, processes, policies, & procedures finalization.

  • Drive achievement of Tablet Banking objectives across delivery, adoption, migration, usage, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure STP grows year ‑ on ‑ year, and discrepancy rates are reduced through process improvements, automation, and enhanced validation.
  • Continuously monitor channel KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Liaise with business, IT, operations, product, compliance, and branch teams for end ‑ to ‑ end alignment.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all relevant processes, system flows, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead the design, development, and rollout of innovative features for retail products on the Tablet channel.
  • Drive digital automation initiatives to strengthen STP, reduce manual interventions, and improve Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Ensure product and technology deliverables are launched within planned timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance frontline adoption and user engagement.
  • Ensure adoption initiatives translate into higher STP contribution and lower discrepancy ratios.
  • Partner with branch leadership to reinforce consistent usage across locations.
  • Lead regular technology upgrades and enhancements to ensure a seamless digital experience.
  • Own issue triaging and collaborate with engineering, testing, and support teams for prompt resolution.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and reduce operational discrepancies.
  • Coordinate research and documentation for internal/external audits.
  • Maintain strong governance and process controls in alignment with regulatory expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end production support for Tablet Banking across sourcing, operations, and product teams.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Senior Digital Transformation related experience
  • Bachelor /Master Graduate
  • UAE National with Family Book
