📢 Hiring: Senior Manager / Director – Audit & Assurance

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🎓 Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA (Mandatory)

💼 Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in the UAE

We’re looking for a seasoned Audit & Assurance professional to lead and manage our audit division. The role involves overseeing statutory and risk-based audits under IFRS, ISA and UAE regulations, managing a team of 20+ and driving quality and efficiency across engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle external audits — planning, execution, and reporting.
• Handle diverse portfolios (corporates, financial institutions, group audits).
• Review financials, assess audit opinions and ensure compliance with UAE CT & VAT.
• Manage key client and regulator relationships (DIFC, ADGM, etc.).
• Mentor teams and conduct training on IFRS and audit updates.

Ideal Profile:

• Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA with strong technical command over IFRS & ISA.
• Proven track record in managing large audit portfolios and teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / D365) preferred.
