Demonstrates legal expertise in hisorher specific domain. Has a good judgment of when to escalate and when to seek guidance from hisorherortheir managers. Works with the business teams and functions under supervision. Is able ability to organize and execute self development initiatives as well as for junior team members. Is able to prepare and provide legal related training to internal stakeholders.
