Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements, including real estate sales contracts, service agreements, and procurement-related documents.
Advise on UAE laws and civil code compliance, ensuring all transactions and contracts meet regulatory requirements.
Support business units across their portfolio of sectors, providing practical legal solutions aligned with commercial objectives.
Manage corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, share transfers, and entity formation under supervision.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks, offering strategic input during negotiations.
Provide day-to-day legal advisory services, handling operational queries and ensuring timely, accurate guidance to business teams.

The Successful Applicant

6 -10 years experience in corporate commercial law, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE laws and civil code, with proven ability to apply them in complex transactions.
Exposure to real estate matters, including reviewing and advising on sales agreements.
Experience working across diverse sectors such as real estate, F&B, leisure, and fitness.
Ability to work independently under supervision, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and composed, with strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders.
