How You’ll Make An Impact

• Serve as a trusted advisor on legal matters related to commercial, trade, and contract law for Siemens Energy’s Grid Technology Business in the Middle East.
• Analyze tenders and contracts, providing proactive advice and participating in negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
• Support execution and claim management, engaging external law firms in dispute resolution.
• Contribute to the standardization and digitalization of contracts while collaborating within the global legal community.
• Develop and deliver training to educate key stakeholders on legal processes.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in a legal department of an international company or reputable law firm, particularly with international projects.
• Proven track record in managing legal risks in complex transactions and providing pragmatic legal advice.
• Deep knowledge of contract law and international practices, with experience in leading strategic negotiations.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for enabling business transactions and inspiring change.
• Experience in managing complex disputes and advising on risk and resolution strategies.
