Responsibilities

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract law.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions independently.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects and leading legal teams.
• Proficiency in legal research utilizing various legal research platforms and tools.
