Senior Laravel Application Developer

We are seeking a Senior Laravel Application Developer with 5-6 years of professional UAE experience to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our software platforms. The role involves taking ownership of technical decisions, delivering critical solutions, and ensuring the stability and scalability of ERP, HRM, and CRM systems.

The senior developer is expected to actively participate in team meetings, contribute new ideas, guide technical direction, and work closely with the team to maintain system functionality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex software applications
• Take ownership of technical and architectural decision-making
• Design, build, and maintain APIs used by web, mobile, and internal systems
• Integrate and manage third-party services including Adobe Sign and Meta WhatsApp APIs
• Extensive hands-on experience working with React.js.
• Analyze complex issues and deliver critical, long-term technical solutions
• Work closely with the team to maintain functionality, performance, and system stability
• Actively attend and contribute to team meetings, technical discussions, and planning sessions
• Propose new ideas, improvements, and optimizations to existing systems
• Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain development standards
• Guide and support team members with technical direction and problem-solving
• Manage deployments, hosting environments, SSL configuration, and Ubuntu-based server operations

Required Experience

• 5-6 years of professional experience in web application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel
• Practical working experience with Django
• Proven experience working on ERP, HRM, or CRM applications
• Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu) server environments
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs for web, mobile, and third-party integrations
• Experience integrating Adobe Sign APIs, including document generation, signing workflows, and status tracking
• Familiarity with Meta WhatsApp APIs for internal applications.

Required Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Understanding of software development principles and lifecycle
• Relevant academic, internship, or project-based experience.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL optimization, and data modelling
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or TortoiseSVN
• Confident working with Linux (Ubuntu) command-line tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Clear communication and strong team collaboration
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility
