About our client

Our client is a globally active and well-capitalised investment platform with a significant real estate presence and a longstanding track record of delivering high-profile projects across international markets.

As the business continues to expand its global footprint, it is looking to hire a Senior investment Professional to join its Dubai-based team, with responsibility for pursuing greenfield digital real estate / digital infrastructure developments.

What the job involves

This position offers a highly entrepreneurial environment. Working alongside senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a central role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities across key global markets.

• Source and evaluate digital real estate / infrastructure investments, and manage them from inception to completion
• Take ownership of financial analysis, underwriting and investment committee presentations
• Lead due diligence and transaction execution processes through to completion
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, lenders and key external stakeholders
• Oversee portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives
• Assist in shaping investment strategy and identifying new growth opportunities
  
  

• Significant end-to-end experience in greenfield datacenter investments and developments - this is a pre-requisite
• Excellent transaction execution skills and strong financial modelling capabilities
• International experience across multiple geographies and asset classes would be advantageous
• A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel internationally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
