Job Description

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and looking for experienced Senior Investment Advisors to join our growing Dubai operation.

We are looking for proven real estate professionals with strong sales performance, client management and investment advisory experience who are ready to grow further in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Proven experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
Strong experience in off-plan and/or secondary market
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong investment advisory and client acquisition skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage and convert qualified leads
Valid UAE driving license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

50%–65% commission structure
Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
Telesales and content support
