Senior Interior Designer

Salary Range: AED 20,000 - 25,000

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and development of high-end interior projects across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from initial concept through detailed design and execution, ensuring exceptional design quality and attention to detail.

• Lead the design and development of luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.
• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed presentations.
• Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed technical drawings.
• Oversee projects from concept development through design documentation, material selection, and execution.
• Select high-end finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories in line with project requirements and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Attend client meetings, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, workmanship, and finishing quality.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on luxury design trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of luxury residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
• Proven experience managing high-end interior projects from concept through detailed design and execution.
• Strong knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and FF&E specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design software.
• Experience preparing detailed design packages, technical drawings, and material specifications.
• Good understanding of construction methods, fit-out processes, and site coordination.
• Excellent design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in the UAE/GCC luxury interior design market is a strong advantage.
