Senior Interior Designer

As the studio continues to grow, they are seeking a strong Senior Interior Designer with the potential to evolve into a Design Lead / Managerial role.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

We are looking for a proactive and creatively confident Senior Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring a distinctive design sensibility that aligns with and enhances the studio’s refined luxury aesthetic.

This role offers clear career progression toward a leadership or Design Manager position based on performance and contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interior design projects from concept to execution
• Develop cohesive design narratives aligned with a luxury aesthetic
• Lead space planning, concept development, and detailed layouts
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and high-quality design presentations
• Source materials, furniture, fixtures, and luxury finishes
• Conduct client consultations and translate briefs into refined design solutions
• Oversee junior designers and provide creative direction
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all stages

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10+ years of experience in luxury interior design (high-end residential or boutique commercial preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing refined aesthetics and a distinctive design style
• Strong expertise in space planning and concept development
• Proven knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and FF&E sourcing
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Familiarity with regional design styles in the UAE is an advantage
