About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Interchange & Pricing Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across our pricing strategies in the acquiring payment domain. This role is critical to optimizing revenue performance and enhancing profitability through rigorous analysis of merchant portfolios, transaction data, and pricing models.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis:
• Conduct thorough analysis of merchant portfolios, transaction data, and pricing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Portfolio Performance Evaluation:
• Monitor the performance of merchant portfolio by tracking Interchange, Scheme Fee, Pricing and other income components.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing pricing strategies & recommend adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Pricing Strategy Support:
• Collaborate with the cross functional teams to develop, implement, and refine pricing strategies for different merchant segments.
• Assist in the evaluation of pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability.
  

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data visualization, understanding of macros, and complex formulas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations for various business needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and drive alignment towards common pricing objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in banking, financial or fintech segment.
