As a Senior Inside Sales Executive specializing in the Built Environment, particularly within the realms of Fire Safety & Suppression and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, while also nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for understanding our product offerings in detail to provide tailored solutions that meet the specific safety compliance and protection needs of our customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the built environment sector.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the Fire Safety & Suppression and PPE markets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive business retention and expansion.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials tailored to target audiences.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Work closely with product specialists to address customer requirements and customize solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and trade shows to network and build brand awareness.
  • Provide feedback to management on market dynamics, product improvements, and customer needs.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, with a focus on the built environment sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of Fire Safety & Suppression and PPE products and standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related technology systems.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and training sessions.
