- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong expertise in enterprise compute and virtualization.
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter administration.
- Experience with VMware HA, DRS, and vMotion.
- Experience with VMware vSAN and NSX.
- Knowledge of data center architecture.
- Experience with server and hardware lifecycle management.
- Experience with storage and SAN integration.
- Expertise in backup and disaster recovery.
- Experience with infrastructure security and hardening.
