Senior Industrial Designer

Fast-growing e-commerce brand seeking a senior industrial designer to improve our current product (our best-seller), potentially redesign it from scratch, and ultimately lead the development of our entire product range.
We're looking for someone who can support us end-to-end on product development.

Your Mission: A to Z

- Diagnosis and immersion: analysis of existing product, customer feedback, technical constraints
- Design and development: identify alternative materials, supplier sourcing, collaboration with engineers, prototype management
- Testing and validation phase
- Preparation for industrialization
- Co-leadership with our CEO

The Ideal Profile

- 3+ years of experience in industrial design
- Proven experience in plastic injection molding and industrialization
- Experience with hair accessories or similar products (major plus)
- Autonomous, committed, and available for full-time engagement
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino...)

Organization

- Full-time freelance based in Dubai
- Approximately 3 mornings per week on-site (3-4h each), remainder remote
- Strong involvement expected
- Weekly collaboration and participation with the CEO
