Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, with advanced training in HVAC systems.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC system installation and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including digital controls and energy management.
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification in line with state requirements.
• Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and computer-based systems for management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues efficiently and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and effectively.
