Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the installation of HVAC systems in various environments and settings.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and effectively resolve technical issues.
• Manage a team of junior technicians, offering guidance and technical expertise as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and report any issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations during all operations.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime.
• Provide training and support to junior technicians to foster skill development and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and seamless service delivery.
• Manage inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficient understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in diagnosing system issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
