Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Manager is an essential leadership role responsible for overseeing the HR department and aligning HR strategies with the organizational goals. As a senior leader, you will collaborate with executive management to create and implement HR programs that enhance workforce capability, culture, and productivity. This role involves steering talent management, development initiatives, and organizational change management while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will be expected to provide strategic direction in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR department's budget and resource allocation strategically.
  • Implement technology solutions that improve HR efficiencies and analytics.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive management on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience with leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation within a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate within a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with HR technology systems and data analytics.
