The Senior Human Resources Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and directing the HR department's strategic and operational functions. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional who can integrate HR strategies with business goals, fostering a productive and positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management and a deep understanding of employment law, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations that drive employee satisfaction and organizational success. You will also be tasked with navigating complex HR challenges, ensuring the alignment of HR policies with the company’s objectives, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent efficiently.
  • Oversee employee performance management to drive productivity and organizational success.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace climate.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate effective onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs appropriately.
  • Manage the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that support employee retention.
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives across departments.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Evaluate HR technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior management and drive HR initiatives effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance management.
  • HR certification, such as SHRM-SCP or PHR, is highly desirable.
