Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Maintain employee related information on hrms system.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks
Assist with performance management procedures and track annual appraisals with employees and managers
Assist with employee engagement events in all business units
Coordinate assigned trainings with all employees and provide status updates to Group HR and managers
Handle induction presentations and ensure all new trainings are completed on time with new employees
Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or in another related field.
