Job Description

The Senior HR Generalist / Executive position is a pivotal role in our organization, aimed at fostering a positive work environment through the effective management of all HR operations. This role requires a seasoned HR professional adept at overseeing critical HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development. You will be responsible for administering HR policies and programs, ensuring legal compliance, and working closely with both employees and management to build strong working relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and confidentiality. Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to hire qualified candidates efficiently.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires adapt smoothly to company culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that comply with legal requirements.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Conduct performance management processes to ensure employee performance aligns with goals.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate organizational risks.
  • Maintain detailed employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Advise management on HR-related best practices and strategies.
  • Participate in developing and monitoring the overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Coordinate with departmental managers to forecast future hiring needs based on business growth plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Proficient understanding of labor legislation and employment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a teamwork mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Experience with HR software and tools, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
